Le Figaro launches a radio station and a television channel

With the launch on April 17 of the Le Figaro TV Île-de-France and Le Figaro Radio channels, the press group is accelerating its audiovisual development.

On Wednesday, the press group, headed by Marc Feuillée, announced the launch on Monday, April 17, of its two new channels Le Figaro TV Île-de-France and Le Figaro Radio, which complement its online offering Le Figaro Live created in 2017. A development in audiovisual that is part of "the omnichannel strategy of the Figaro Group," noted Marc Feuillée.

The Figaro Radio station is broadcast on DAB+ in Paris, Marseille and Nice, then gradually in other cities. Nationally, it will be available on the Figaro website and apps, and on platforms such as Spotify and Deezer. Le Figaro Radio "wishes to offer a large place to analysis and decrypting, in order to better understand today's debates, and will include the Figaro's major programs in audio version, columns, stories and podcasts, complemented by a very open "classic soft rock" music program", said Laurence de Charette, deputy editorial director in charge of audiovisual and social networks.
