Radio Laser goes DAB+. Digital terrestrial radio is gradually being rolled out in France with DAB+ (Digital Audio Broadcasting). That's why Radio Laser is embarking on the digital adventure.
This new system allows to listen to the radio for free and without subscription in an anonymous way. Indeed, it is the audio counterpart of the TNT, developed for television.
This system, which will be generalized in the future, offers a better quality of sound and reception. Radio Laser broadcasts with FM (frequency modulation) in a radius of 40 km around Guichen. However, some areas of Rennes are poorly served, due to the large number of buildings. With DAB +, the whole agglomeration will be able to receive our programs with a good quality.

To receive DAB + over the airwaves without a connection, you only need a receiver. All new devices are already equipped with one.
In addition, for the occasion the radio has a new website. So now on radiolaser.fr you can listen to all programs live or podcast.
